The updated fact of Salman Khan's Hit and Run case in the recent session was that of the reason Salman's driver remaining silent for 12 years.

The prosecution rejected Khan’s driver Ashok Singh's statement and asked why he was silent and did not testify before.

Singh had told in the earlier session that it was him behind the wheel and not the actor at the time of accident.

Besides the 2002 mishap, the actor is also facing charges under the Motor Vehicle Act (driving without license) and Bombay Prohibition Act (driving after consuming liquor).
