Shatrughan Sinha spills the beans on why he signed A.R. Murugadoss's 'Akira' featuring his star daughter Sonakshi Sinha.
Veteran shares that he agreed to do the film due to the director's desire to work with him and Sonakshi's command.
He said, "I am doing this film mainly because of Murugadoss and Sonakshi. The desire of Murugadoss and the demand and command of my daughter, the apple of my eye, Sonakshi, prompted me to do the film."
He jokingly adds, he was "very nervous" to star with his daughter.
Describing his first meeting with the director he says, "I thought Murugudoss was a senior person. When he entered the room, I asked him who Murugadoss was. And he said he was the one. I was surprised as he turned out to be a nice gentleman. I met him and he has a very unassuming personality."
Already down with 250 films in his career, the actor is currently juggling between his politically duties and ongoing projects.
