The actress is best known for appearing in American TV show 90210 and also has a role in upcoming movie Scream 4. She never expected to be as famous as she is and has had to adjust to life in the spotlight.

The 21-year-old wants some things to stay private, so has come up with a rule to stick to.

Now, I just dont do anything in public that I wouldnt be happy for everyone to know about, she laughed.

Shenae has faced rumours about her lifestyle, including that she suffers from an eating disorder. She insists nothing could be further from the truth as shes simply got a slender build, but admits the speculation gets her down sometimes.

I pride myself on the fact that Ive never taken drugs my parents raised me right but I wanted to be able to go out for dinner and have a glass of wine without being branded a raging alcoholic, she explained to Grazia. (C) Cover Media
