Shraddha Kapoor is going extra miles to prepare for her role in 'Rock On' sequel.

Shraddha who is playing the female lead in the film, will spend a few days in the north eastern state, Meghalaya next month to understand the indie music culture.

Shraddha will be playing a singer in the film and the shooting will take place at Shillong. She will be seen alongside Farhan Akhtar in the film.

In Shraddha's words, "There are a lot of talented artistes in Shillong and I would love to meet them. I'm sure spending time with them would be a great learning experience."
