Glam girl Shriya Saran who has hit a lean patch in Tollywood, is hoping to bounce back with "Nuvva Nenna" — a comedy flick starring Allari Naresh.

"Shriya has done a good job and her role is full of glamour," says director Narayana.

The actress had earlier confined herself to item numbers, but with this full-fledged role, she has got an opportunity to make a comeback of sorts.

"Her popularity is still intact," says the director.

Actors Allari Naresh and Sharwanand had a hit in "Gamyam" and are once again joining hands for this roaring entertainer.

Can Shriya break the jinx with this comic caper ? Well, that remains to be seen.
