Snooki continues to spark pregnancy rumours, despite her denial earlier this month.

Although she's publicly slammed the speculation, many publications are reporting that the Jersey Shore star is indeed expecting her first child with boyfriend Jionni LaValle.

The New York Post claims Snooki real name Nicole Polizzi is roughly three months along. Some sources say the reality TV star has already organised a deal to announce the news on the cover of American publication Us Weekly.

However, it has been reported that MTV who produce Jersey Shore are worried about how to "manage the news" since Snooki's hard-partying ways have been turned into a spin-off with castmate JWoww.

"MTV went into crisis mode after they found out," a source told the publication. "They're trying to hide it because it would greatly affect the creative direction of the show."

Snooki and JWoww vs. The World recently started shooting.

Snooki appeared on Good Morning America earlier this month to address the pregnancy reports. "I definitely do want kids, but I'm not pregnant," she told host Lara Spencer. "Being pregnant should be a real thing and a happy thing, and I'm not."

A representative for MTV said the network "doesn't comment on series in production."

Snooki's representative has also declined to comment.
