Bollywood's desi girl Sonakshi Sinha has mesmerized her fans with her gorgeous Indian avatar in her films till date, but she is all set to change that image for a while with her upcoming film 'Son of Sardaar' (SOS). 

In SOS, Sonakshi plays a quirky, fearless Punjabi girl who wears her heart on her sleeves and is bold in her actions. And in order to exemplify her quirky avatar, the actress was asked to perform a bike ride stunt for the film. She who had never done bike riding in her life had to take training to learn it for that particular scene.

Sona meticulously learnt bike riding and performed the scene without the help of any body double. And this has left her feeling proud. 

"The experience of learning to ride a bike is something I am very proud of. It will always stay with me. When I was informed about it I was nervous about it but then I eventually gained confidence. I was super happy when I saw the results on screen," she said.

However, when probed over the possibility of riding on the streets of Mumbai, Sonakshi zapped the query with a negative nod. 

"I am happy being the pillion rider in real life. I don't think I will ride the bike on Mumbai streets," stated Sonkashi.
