Bollywood's renowned fashionista cum actress Sonam Kapoor has not been regarded as the top actresses of our times despite of her 7 year long run in the industry. She has had her share of hits and flops which somehow proved sustainable enough for her survival.

But that hasn't dampened her spirit or her star status. The actress who had an amazing run in the recent past with the success of 'Raanjhanaa' and 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag', seems to be in the mood to bask in the glory.

Sonam reportedly was offered a mega South Indian film for which she asked a humongous amount.

The actress was offered the South Indian film where she was supposed to star opposite Udhayanidhi Stalin. But Sonam demanded a fee of Rs. 5 crore. The demand left the producers stunned who chose to drop the idea of casting her in the film.

But she is unfazed with the loss as she is looking forward to her home production film 'Khoobsurat' which is produced by her sister Rhea Kapoor and father Anil Kapoor.

Also she is looking forward to start shooting with Salman Khan for Sooraj Barjatya's 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo'.

With the future holding bright prospects for her, the actress is at her all time career high.
