Sonam Kapoor has been on her toes since the release of 'Khoobsurat' in 2014. She has been continuously shooting for her films such as 'Dolly Ki Doli' and 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' until it was learnt that Sonam landed up in hospital.

As per saying, the hectic schedule took a toll on her health and she was admitted to a suburban hospital in town. Just a couple of minutes ago, the actress resumed at work.

The actress tweeted, "Back at work.. Feeling much better.. Thank you so much for all the love."

She posted a few pictures during her stay in the hospital on her micro-blogging account. The chirpy actress kept on tweeting pictures of books she read, cookies she ate to keep her fans updated.

She passed her leisure time in reading Rajesh Khanna's biography by Gautam Chintamani.
