Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor's latest release might not have set the box office on fire but it's decent success has definitely got her some meaty roles.

Her recently released film 'Khoobsurat', which was a remake of a retro classic with the same name, marked the debut of Disney in Bollywood as it co-produced the film with Anil Kapoor's home production.

The officials from the international production house saw the mentioned film recently and were very impressed by her performance. The company was toying with an idea to make a Hindi remake of either 'The Princess Diaries' or 'Freaky Friday' but they finally chose the former.

And if reports are to be believed, they are contemplating of casting Sonam as the female lead in the same. While in her latest release she plays a physiotherapist to the king, this time the actress could get the chance to play a royal heir herself.

If things turn out in her favour, the actress might bag a meaty role in this Bollywood remake of Hollywood hit which was lead by Oscar Winner Anne Hathway originally.

Looks like lady luck is smiling on Sonam!
