Bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi has chosen to remain silent till the ordeal of actress Jiah Khan's suicide case is over even though the CBI has already filed a charge sheet against him accusing him of driving the actress to commit suicide.

The charge sheet alleges that Sooraj Pancholi made false promises to Jiah Khan and who later on allegedly committed suicide in 2013.

When contacted about the matter, Sooraj said, "Highs and lows are part of life. God is great. The case is still in court. 10 people have 10 different things to say about it. I will talk once the case is cleared. I don't want to make a 'khichdi' (mess) out of it."

When further questioned about whether he had Salman Khan's support in the case, Sooraj replied, "Salman has got nothing to do with it. Like every family, my family is supporting me and I am supporting my family."
