The trailer of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar's biopic 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams' was released in the recent past and the cricketer garnered many appreciations from every nook and corner of the world. Many Bollywood celebs praised Sachin for his new innings. The king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan also wished success to Sachin by mentioning him as his 'guiding light.'

SRK tweeted, "I believed,when u did well I would 2 & when u didn’t,I will http://fail.Like  a billion others I miss my guiding lite.ATB for the film." Sachin too replied to SRK in his own style by saying, "Zindagi me haar na hoti to koi kabhi jeet ta nahi aur kuch seekhta bhi nahi. Touched by your words like a billion others, love u @iamsrk :-)."

The film is directed by James Erkine, a London-based filmmaker and will show the rise of Sachin Tendulkar right from his childhood passion for cricket to his personal life and to his professional achievements. The film will hit the theatres on May 26, 2017.
