Our veteran actors and even the ones who have just enetered the film industry a few years back, have been growing up faster than expected. It was just a few million seconds back, when these perfect stars were seen flaunting their performance as child artists and that is when they knew, they were born to be 'Superstars'.
Going down memory lane, we have one of the most finest performers from the Hindi film industry who made their debut in acting as tiny tots of cinema, who have become one of today's recognized celebrities.
Rishi Kapoor: Like father, like son, Rishi Kapoor made his debut essaying the younger version of the role played by his father Raj Kapoor in the movie 'Mera Naam Joker'. Like everyone said, no one could give a better performance. His next movie was 'Bobby' after which he never looked back.
Neetu Singh: This brilliant actress does not need any introduction. Working in over 50 Hindi films, Neetu grew to be a star and yet is. Starting her career at the age of 8, her first movie was 'Suraj', where she played the role of Geeta Singh, a chubby little girl.
Sridevi: This star made it to the lime-light when she was only 4. Her first movie was a Tamil film titled 'Kandan Karunai', after while she made her debut in other regional and Bollywood films too.
Hrithik Roshan: At the age of 6, he performed in a dance sequence and landed in a minor role in his father Rakesh Roshan's movie 'Aap Ke Deewane'. Hrithik new then, that he was born to be a dancer and actor.
Aamir Khan: Yet again we have another star who made his debut with the movie 'Yaadon Ke Baarat'. Neetu Singh also starred in this movie but not as a child actress. Aamir was only 7 when he started his Bollywood career.
Imran Khan: Who can ever forget this adorable tot Imran? This young star played a younger Aamir Khan in the movie 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar'. One must say, his facial features haven't changed much, the chocolate boy stills has those looks.
While Bollywood has given us so many talents to look up to, we have many joining the league and we're sure, some years down the line 'the child artists-turned-adult stars' will only keep increasing.
