Salman Khan's Hit-and-Run case has reached yet another turning point. After all the medical tests and statements of additional witnesses, the prosecution has asked the court to also consider the actor's bodyguard's statement, who was with him during the accident.

After the actor received threat calls from underworld, Ravindra Patil was assigned for the actor's security. Thus he accompanied the actor 24*7 and his statement is also crucial in the ongoing case.

Though Patil passed away in 2007 due to tuberculosis, in his statement he had said that he had warned the actor not to drive fast as he was drunk. However, as he is no more the court will decide on the statement.

On February 27, the court will apparently decide if the actor needs to produce his driving license.
