The new diva of bollywood, Sunny Leone has reportedly, taken a three day break from the shoot of her reality show, Splitsvilla 8 to solve the legal charges upon her.

Earlier, a social activist had filed an FIR against the ex-pornstar for posting indecent content on her website. And circulating obscene content on the internet, carries a punishment of five years jail term.

Sunny recorded her statement in connection to the case recently by taking time out from her busy work schedule.
