The filmmaker recently had an opportunity to trigger out rapid fire questions on Superstar Rajnikanth during the 40th year celebration of Directors Union. K. Balachandar questioned Superstar Rajnikanth whether he can act in his Stage play Major Chandrakanth that is scheduled on April 15. The actor politely came up with an affirmative response saying that he is ready and will do it whenever Balachandar insists him. Last time we saw Superstar Rajnikanth and K. Balachandar coming together was for the film 'Kuselan'. The film was directed by P. Vasu and produced by K. Balachandar under the banner of Kavithalaya Productions.
