Just like biopics are an ongoing trend in Bollywood soon short films will also become a rage. Sujoy Ghosh's 'Ahalya' garnered positive response from the film fraternity.

Now we hear Taapsee Pannu too will feature in a short film directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. She confirmed the news and said, "I was just so happy that Tigmanshu wanted to work with me since I've always wanted to work with him."

Still in its scripting phase, it will roll out in August, after Tigmanshu wraps up 'Yaara'.

Just like 'Ahalya' this one too will have a digital release. Taapsee further said, "As I have a couple of full-length films on hand, it's the safest time for me to do a short film as well."
