However, just to wear any footwear with any outfit would be like one of the biggest blunders, one could ever make in fashion. Thus to know the right kind of footwear to go with the right kind of outfit, one must be in total sync with the kind of look one wants to project and the kind of look one normally projects on a day to day basis.

There are a variety of footwear with wedge heels, platforms and stilettos that can be paired with short or long dresses, formal as well as casual. Wedge heels with strappy sandals, or wedge heels with closed patterns are always in demand. The platforms play a significant role in formal wear and so do the stilettos. There are the flat pumps which have the maximum takers for a day to day wear though.

There are various materials that are used in making these various types of footwear. Thus the latest trends with bamboo, suede and leather, all gaining extremely important positions in every fashion conscious females wardrobes, it has become almost like routine to invest in all kinds of footwear in order to look in sync with the times.

Even though the wedges, stilettos and platforms have an edge in the formal section, it is the all time popular gladiators that makes its presence felt in the casual section.

Thus, investing in gladiators with accessories in every basic color possible would be quite a good investment. These can be teamed up with jeans and tees, three fourths, tights and long tops, flared jeans and even skirts, preferably short ones.

However, with long skirts it is best to stick to heels in either of the above mentioned categories.

The magic of looking stylish is perhaps locked in the kind of footwear one wears. So, be careful the next time you step out of home and make sure to step out in the right kind of footwear.
