(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Siva Kaneswaran of British boy band The Wanted was approached to "be the lead" in a Bollywood film.

The 23-year-old singer has impressed moviemakers in India with his good looks and charm.

A top Bollywood talent agent recently invited Siva and the rest of the band comprising of Max George, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes to make an appearance in an Asian film.

"It was so funny. He approached me and gave me this long speech about making me a star over there and that they wanted me to be the lead in the film," Siva told British newspaper The Sun. "He said he wanted the other lads too, but only as pretend group members in the background in a few scenes."

Fortunately for Siva, the rest of the group weren't jealous about the special attention he received.

"They saw the funny side," he laughed.
