The couple announced they had split earlier this month after dating for four years. It was thought their relationship was on rocky ground for some time, with a joint statement confirming the termination was a mutual decision.

However, sources close to Justin believe the warning signs were evident well before the eventual split.

He has been aching to move on for months. Justin and Jessica have been going in different directions for a while, a family friend told OK! before adding that Justin isnt ready to settle down.

Rumours surfaced recently linking Justin with Black Swan actress Mila Kunis, with the source confirming the pair are on speaking terms. The actress has herself experienced relationship heartbreak, splitting from child star Macaulay Culkin in January. The insider hinted the couple are a welcome distraction for each other.
