Trisha's mother Uma Krishnan, who is known for sharing a very friendly relationship with her daughter, has said that she would surely allow Trisha to marry the man of her choice. "I won't interfere in it," she said.

"Trisha is an intelligent girl. It is not easy to cheat her. So I believe that her choice on her life partner would be right. Hence, I will stand by her decision," Uma said, in an interview to a Tamil magazine. 

She added: "I will not consider anything- be it caste or status or religion- when Trisha comes to me and say she is in love with someone. In fact, I want her to fall in love with the right man and to marry him".

At present, Trisha is busy shooting with NTR Junior for Dammu. In Tamil, she has been roped in to play Vishal's heroine in a movie titled Samaran and Jiiva's pai in a yet to be titled film.
