Recently it was rumoured that National Award Winner Rajkummar Rao turned down his mentor Ekta Kapoor's offer to star in the third installment of the 'Kyaa Kool Hain Hum' series.
After Riteish Deshmukh quit from the franchise claiming that he wants to do only family comedies now, it was reported that Ekta took the film to Rajkummar, whom she launched in 'Love Sex Aur Dhokha' and later casted him in 'Ragini MMS' too.
But apparently, Rajkummar didn't intend to do such a film and hence decided to turn it down. But if the film's protagonist Tusshar Kapoor is to be believed, he claims that no one has been offered the film as yet.
"I would like to go on the record to state - and you can ask anyone in Balaji (production house) also - that the script has not been sent or narrated to anybody, including me, who has been with the franchise right from the beginning. So the question of anybody refusing to do the film, doesn't arise. Let whoever say what they want. No one can claim that they were sent the script and said no," he said.
Looks like the man knows how to stand his ground and guard his endeavours.
