Tyra Banks microwaves burritos until they are like soup before eating them.

The supermodel has publicly battled her weight in the past but is now happy with her body. The key for her is that she doesn't deprive herself, which is why she still eats Mexican food occasionally.

However, the star has an unconventional way of tucking into her favourite treats.

"She sends a staffer to the Taco Bell drive-through for two big burritos with extra sauce, cheese and sour cream then plops them into a bog bowl. Microwaves them then scarves down what insiders call Tyra soup," reports National Enquirer.

The 37-year-old can often be sound slurping the concoction backstage on America's Next Top Model. She sees nothing wrong with it, although not all her staff feel the same way.

"It's so gross. Tyra says it's her favourite meal, but the rest of us just want to gag," a source complained.
