From the universe of 'Singham' and 'Simmba', 'Sooryavanshi' is all set to have a new entry into the universe! The most awaited cop action drama will also have Katrina Kaif as the leading lady opposite superstar Akshay Kumar. 'Sooryavanshi' not only marks Katrina's entry into the super cop universe but also her first collaboration with Rohit Shetty.

Shetty's annoucement about 'Sooryavanshi' was a surprise to the viewers as they headed towards the climax of his last release 'Simmba'.

The duo was last seen in 'Tees Maar Khan' in 2010.
