Filmmaker Rohit Shetty's generous move will allow Dabangg Salman Khan to rule EID 2020 as well. His next cop drama 'Sooryavanshi' starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif which was announced to be releasing on Eid 2020 has been preponed to March 27, 2020. 

Delighted with Shetty's this move, Khan shared on his social media handles the news of Sooryavanshi's new release date. He wrote, "I always thought of him as my younger brother and today he proves it... @itsrohitshetty Sooryavanshi releasing on 27th March, 2020."

As Khan's 'Inshallah' starring Alia Bhatt is also scheduled to release in EID 2020. 

While Sooryavanshi marks first collaboration between Akshay and Rohit, 'Inshallah' will witness reunion of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman Khan after 11 years.
