Priyanka Chopra, who is conquering new heights with each passing day is exploring new dimensions as well. After she turned producer with two regional films- Bhojpuri and Marathi, she is now set to produce a Sikkimese-Nepali film.
A leading daily quoted Priyanka Chopra's mom Madhu Chopra saying, "It's a Sikkimese-Nepali film, which is based in Sikkim. We have titled it Paua, which means guest. She wants to promote new talent. So, the actors and the crew will be drawn from two places — Nepal and Sikkim."
Apart from producing films under their banner Purple Pebble Pictures, they will also try to explore the TV industry in regional languages too. "We were executing a singing show, involving all the SAARC nations. We had the initial discussions, but due to the unrest among a few countries, it's not happening for now. But we are looking at good content and if something comes our way, we will surely venture into television," she signs off.
