We all saw Vidya Balan's stellar performance in the trailer of her upcoming film 'Begum Jaan.' Almost unrecognisable in the first poster, Vidya's transformation is praise worthy. The makers have now released a video which shows Vidya Balan as Begum Jaan and how she transformed herself.

According to Vidya 'Begum Jaan' is fierce, she is intense, she is feminine, she is scary, at times emotional but a complete no-nonsense person for whom business means only business. While for Gauahar Khan, who plays Rubina, Begum Jaan can be any person who is inspirational. It may be a teacher or a mother, or a sister. For Ridheema Tiwari, who plays Amba says, Begum Jaan was the world to them, her order was the ultimate. Vidya signs off by saying 'There is Begum Jaan in every woman, as she has the sole right on her body and no one else.'

Helmed by Srijit Mukherji, the film will release on April 14, 2017.
