Though Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has been praised from all ends for his socially relevant show 'Satyamev Jayate', there have been a few ugly controversies that have hit the team at regular intervals. 

Medical practitioners and Khap Panchayats which were slammed for their evil practices in their respective arenas accused Aamir of defaming them and also demanded an apology from the superstar. 

Though he never bent before their dictate, he recently did confess that such emotional pressure from the society puts them under a huge turmoil. "Sometimes I feel completely shattered and depressed about how things are and how desperate the situation is and in such situations me and my team go into a complete low," said Aamir, as it is obvious that running a reality based show which puts the scanner on ugly truths of society might not be a cake walk and takes a lot of efforts from them. After handling the sensitive issues personally, the turmoil takes a toll on them, to recover from which they need to undergo counseling sessions as well. 

Aamir who has put his heart and soul into the making of the show confesses that it is very difficult to come up with a show with so many controversies around, "The cynics of my show are a very small percentage of people, in fact 'small' isn't the adequate word, they are very minor percentage of people," he said.
