(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Joshua Jackson has refused to rule out a Dawson's Creek reunion, saying "never say never".

The hunk played Pacey Witter on the popular US TV show. Rumours have been circulating that the cast also including Katie Holmes, Michelle Williams and James Van Der Beek could reprise their roles again. However, most of the cast are busy with other projects and Joshua isn't sure if they could fit it into their hectic schedules.

"Well, we killed the show so I don't think that's ever going to happen," he told The Hollywood Reporter. "Never say never.

"If I'm out of work for enough years, absolutely. We'll be old and grey and nasty by the time [that happens]."

James, who played Dawson Leery in the show, recently joked about Michelle's enthusiasm for a reunion. The group are continually asked if they will ever make a modern version of the programme.

"You know what I love most about that?" James said. "That Michelle is always so up for it when they ask. Well, of course she is, her character died."

Katie was quizzed on reprising her role as Joey Potter late last year.

She has great memories of working on the show

"It would be fun," Katie said at the time. "I had so much fun working on that show and I loved everyone so much and I think about it with such fond memories. A really great group of people."

Katie reached a divorce settlement with Tom Cruise earlier this week. It was recently claimed that her husband of five years had been against her appearing in a big screen adaptation of the series. (C) Cover Media
