Friday, October 26 was Amala Paul's birthday, and the actress spent the day with her family members and friends in her native place in Kerala.

In Amala's own words, "I took a break from shooting and went to my hometown. There, my friends took me on a boat to a private island where they had arranged a party for me."

She adds, "They made me feel very special and it was an unforgettable day for me. Later I returned home and spent the day with my family members."

Amala is currently a part of three Telugu films, 'Janda Pai Kapiraju', 'Nayak' and Allu Arjun - Puri Jagannadh's movie. In Kollywood, she is doing 'Nimirndhu Nil'.
