Amanda Seyfried and Josh Hartnett are reportedly dating.

The 26-year-old actress has apparently been romancing Josh since January after being set up by a friend.

Us Weekly claims that they have been spending a lot of time together and are enjoying each other's company but want to keep things discreet.

"Josh likes to keep things low-key, so they've just been hanging out," a friend told the publication.

The new couple were apparently seen on a double date with Amanda's Gone co-star Jennifer Carpenter and Dexter actor Michael C. Hall at Chateau Marmont last month.

"She looked into him!" an eyewitness said about the pair.

Amanda has had high-profile romances with Hollywood stars Dominic Cooper and Ryan Phillippe in the past.

She recently split from real estate executive Justin Huchel and also had a failed relationship with property mogul Andrew Joblon last year.

Amanda has revealed that she is fearful of making poor choices when it comes to getting close to men.

"I'm terrified of being promiscuous," the Mamma Mia! star told the March issue of Glamour magazine.

"I don't like the feeling you get when it's not something that you truly want to do, and I hate the emotional abuse you give yourself afterward."
