(Cover) - EN Showbiz - America Ferrera tied the knot on Monday with her long-term boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams.

The Ugly Betty actress said "I do" in a lavish ceremony in New York attended by Hollywood elite.

She exchanged vows at the Chappaqua home of her co-star Vanessa Williams, with her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-stars Blake Lively and Amber Tamblyn also in attendance.

Judith Light, who starred in Ugly Betty with the actress was at the helm of the event and officiated the proceedings.

The affair was "an intimate setting amongst close friends and family", her representative told People.com.

"The bride wore a dress by Amsale's Christos label and Fred Leighton earrings."

America got engaged last June after Ryan proposed with a four-carat round cut diamond ring worth a reported $70,000.

The couple met at the University of Southern California when the groom cast his new bride in a film.

"We kind of connected from the get-go on that professional level and that was something that really drew us to each other," America stated.

They have been living together for the past four years and have a golden retriever called Buddy who they call their "baby". (C) Cover Media
