Amitabh tags 'B'town' as 'Aarakshan' free

14th July 2011

Amitabh recently came up with a noble idea of promoting his upcoming film 'Aarakshan' in a unique way. While recently promoting his film at a famous radio station, he stated that there is no 'Aarakshan' (reservation) in Bollywood and the industry is a fine example of national integration.

Justifying his statement, he stated that when anyone stands in a queue to buy a movie ticket, no one asks his religion, caste or class. Similarly no one inquires about the person's cast or class who's sitting to him/her in cinema halls. Moreover, he says everybody laughs at the same joke, cries at the same emotion and sings the same chartbuster songs. Hence he stated that across the world, you'll not find a better example of national integration.

What better way to promote a film based on reservation, than talking about the most basic and relevant things in people's life?
