The Scissor Sisters singer enjoys experimenting with sounds from different genres and never leaves the house without her iPod. Ana is currently fascinated with music from several decades ago and finds the rhythm is great when she is walking anywhere. She also loves listening to dance music as it helps to boost her spirits.

“I like listening to Black and Tan Fantasy by Duke Ellington. I’ve grown fond of music from the 20s and 30s. Walking around New York listening to this is fun – it’s got a great plodding bass,” Ana explained. “I also like James Holden, he’s a British dance DJ who has a mix album I love and listen to a lot.”

Although the music star ensures she keeps in shape by regularly working out while she is listening to her iPod, Ana admits she often has craving for chocolate or pastry-based deserts. She has a sweet tooth and usually can’t resist ordering sugary foods when she is dining out at restaurants.

“My guilty pleasure is pastries, profiteroles and chocolate,” Ana confessed. “Anything that makes me feel like I’m having a gall bladder attack afterwards is my poison, for sure.” (C) Cover Media
