The flamboyant Scissor Sisters frontwoman loves dressing to impress, and enjoys donning show-stopping pieces for her stage performances. However she is now 36, and knows certain pieces dont look as good on her as they used to.

Im at that age where I have to be careful about what I wear, she mused. Pucci prints make me look about 80.

That said, Ana refuses to lose her sense of fun completely. She will never dress like other women in plain shirts and dresses, explaining its her job to bring a bit of excitement to the world of fashion.

My favourite on-stage dress is my Kitty Kat dress, she enthused. Its such a show-stopper, with a bib that I can tear off from the front. Its made by Zaldy Goco who is a total genius.

Despite being a style icon, Ana says she can sometimes walk down the street and not be approached by anyone. She insists its because she puts so much effort into her stage costumes that she looks totally different in everyday life, which suits her.
