But his lady love Ankita Lokhande was not ready to let this special moment pass without celebrations.
Instead of wishing him via calls or gifts, the television actress took a week off her show and flew to Kolkata to be besides her man on the Eve of his birthday.
"I decided to come to Kolkata as I wanted to be with him. It is difficult to reach him while he is shooting as he keeps his mobile switched off at work," said Ankita who has been in a stable relationship with Sushant for over years now.
Last year too before the release of
'Kai Po Che', Ankita had taken an off from work to spend time with Sushant who was busy with film's shooting for a long time.
