Anna Kendrick: I don't get freaked out

8th September 2012

Anna Kendrick admits that she's amazed when she is recognised by a fan in public.

The Twilight actress has a pretty normal life and often takes care of daily errands such as food shopping on her own.

She is never prepared for fanfare when she's out grocery shopping.

"I rarely get recognised. It's always a shock when someone notices me," she told British newspaper The Independent.

"I always think they must be confusing me with someone else."

Anna is a hard woman to scare.

She simply doesn't believe in ghosts.

"There's always moments where you creep yourself out, and you think you heard something and you convince yourself that some spirit is in the room with you, but truly, I don't believe in any of that kind of thing," she said.

"A lot of my friends really do and, it's a funny thing that we just don't like talk about it anymore because it's a difficult thing to say: 'I really think that it's not real and it's really silly that you think that it is.' So we just don't talk about it."
