After giving a fitting reply to all the criticism that came in her way after her lip-job, Anushka Sharma decided to clear the air over her personal life. She states that what she does off-screen is nobody's business and she wouldn't want people interfering in it.

"I really don't know. I mean it's something that I just don't get because I keep saying it's not something that's a secret. It's right out there, and it's just that it’s my personal choice to not discuss my personal life openly because nobody would like to! Who discusses their life with their partners with outsiders? I mean, who discusses these things out in the open? Nobody goes to office and talks like, 'arrey pataa hai aaj aisa hua'. It's very uncomfortable. You would do that with friends, but you wouldn't do that with just anyone. You would not do that at a conference meeting with a bunch of your colleagues and just start talking about your relationship in between," she said.

Though she has not labeled her relationship with Virat yet, she claims that she would neither talk about anything nor hide due to society.

"I lead my life very very openly. It's for everyone to see. It's not something that I need to hide. I am not trying to hide some scoop. I think because we belong to the entertainment world, everything about our lives becomes a topic of entertainment. But I don't want my personal life to be a matter of a coffee table discussion. At the end of the day, I am a person who will have certain things which are very normal but because you are a known person, your normalcy is not treated very normally," she concluded.
