They say people bond over common interests and when it comes to our filmy superstars, often these common interests zero down to camps and habits. One of the famous common links over which stars bond is 'Health and Fitness'.

While there have been many stars bonding as friends over fitness, the latest to join the ever growing list are Esha Gupta and Arjun Rampal. Both the actors who co-star in Prakash Jha's Chakravyuh while shooting for the film off screen bonded a lot over their fitness regimes and often spent time together in Gym. Esha too confessed that she had a time of her life while shooting with Arjun. 

"I had super fun shooting with Arjun and Abhay Deol for Prakash Jha’s upcoming film in Panchmarhi and Bhopal. Arjun even gave me health tips and we bonded well on fitness," said Esha.

Arjun Rampal and Esha Gupta starrer 'Chakravyuh' is all set to hit the screens on 24 October.
