Arjun Kapoor, son of well-known film producer Boney Kapoor, celebrates his 28th birthday today.
The actor, who always dreamed of becoming a director as he was obese in his younger years, was encouraged to take up acting by Salman Khan and was pushed to the brim to lose weight.

Arjun, got his first shot in acting in the film 'Ishaqzaade' opposite Parineeti Chopra. His performance in the movie was the most talked about affair. His untidy look and impish smile had won the hearts of many.
