Of lately Arjun Rampal has been doing more and more character driven films which have garnered him a lot of critical acclaim and praises from all over. The actor just wrapped up the shooting of his part in National award winner Madhur Bhandarkar's next film 'Heroine' and he has now bagged acclaimed filmmaker Prakash Jha's next titled 'Chkravyuha'.

Arjun worked with Prakash Jha in his directorial film 'Raajneeti', that proved to be a turning point in his career and now, it seems the duo is in the mood to revive the successful history. 

Arjun recently revealed that Prakash Jha is one of his favorite filmmakers and he was very excited to commence a new film with him. "Prakash Jha is one my favorite directors. I’m excited for the film and am currently preparing for the role", said Arjun in his statement recently. 

The film also has Abhay Deol in lead along with Manoj Bajpai. The shooting of the film is expected to go on floors in the first week of April and is set in the backdrop of politics.
