(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Arnold Schwarzenegger was in a "serious" mood as he arrived for a family meeting yesterday.
The former Governor of California and his wife Maria Shriver announced last month they were calling time on their 25-year marriage amid Arnold's confession that he fathered a love child over ten years ago.
The pair have four children together; Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13, and yesterday the action hero was snapped going to meet his daughters at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica where it is believed his impending divorce to Maria was discussed.
Photographers for X17 described Arnold as looking "a bit stern" upon entry. He arrived separately from daughters Katherine and Christina, with them all leaving after about an hour and a half together.
"Arnold didn't look his usual, happy self. He was serious and it looked like he was dreading whatever was about to happen," said one photographer.
It has been claimed Katherine and Christina were in an equally serious mood.
"Neither of them was smiling. It definitely didn't look like they had a light-hearted lunch. All three of them seemed to have a lot on their minds," added a photographer.
It has been reported that Maria will be represented by respected divorce attorney Laura Wasser, while it emerged yesterday Arnold has lawyer Robert Kaufman working for him.
Neither Maria nor Arnold have officially confirmed whether a divorce is going ahead, although sources have been claiming otherwise.
"Sources tell us... Kaufman's already been in touch with Maria's attorney, Laura Wasser - and we're told they are moving forward' with divorce negotiations," TMZ previously reported. (C) Cover Media
