(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ashton Kutcher has warned people not to "assume" anything about him.

The actor has been accused of cheating on wife Demi Moore on their sixth wedding anniversary. He's alleged to have been unfaithful with Sara Leal at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego last weekend.

The actor has so far not discussed the allegations, but yesterday left several cryptic messages on his Twitter page. He initially posted a link to Public Enemy track Don't Believe The Hype, before penning a message to his fans.

"When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME (sic)," he wrote.

It's been claimed Ashton and Demi are no longer together and were already separated last weekend.

Demi hasn't addressed the issues surrounding her marriage in public, but there are claims a quote she included on her Twitter page last week point to problems in the union.

"When we are offended at any man's fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger. Epictetus (sic)," she wrote.

Yesterday, the internet was ablaze with images supposedly showing Ashton and Sara together in June. It was claimed she was in the back on his car after a night out in Los Angeles, but it's now been alleged the woman in the picture is someone else.

Sara has already had meetings with a powerhouse attorney called Keith Davidson and is said to be asking Ashton for a six-figure sum in order to stay quiet about her story. (C) Cover Media
