December 7, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): 'Just Married' star Ashton Kutcher has been going through a bad phase of his life as an adult film company is allegedly using his name for promoting a sex tape. They claim the persons involved in the tape being Kutcher and his alleged mistress 21-year-old Brittney Jones.

Kutcher, who is married to 'Flawless' star Demi Moore, has been disturbed with the circulation of the tape among his fans. The actors lawyer has sent a legal letter to the company Vivid Entertainment, which is selling the tape. The company spreads the rumor that the 32-year-old actor slept with Jones and they shared intimate moments in the living room of his Hollywood home.

Ashton has been denying the rumor since it started but the company is in no mood to pull the tape off from the market. Vivid Entertainment has reportedly stated that the fans would enjoy watching him experiencing those moments.

In his letter to the company, the actors lawyer has stated that this irresponsible act by them is harming the reputation of Kutcher and it will continue to do so if they stop selling the video. He added that they will be bound to take legal action against the company for the damages caused to the actors image.

Jones has admitted that she is a huge of Ashton and had an affair with him but the actor has denied it frequently.

Steve Hersch, the CEO of Vivid has admitted receiving the legal letter and said that their lawyer is looking into it.
