The latest member to the elite six-pack club in Kollywood is Atharva. The young actor, who is the son of veteran actor Murali, has hit the gym and toned up his body for Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal, a romantic thriller.

Says director Elred Kumar, who is also producing the movie, "Atharva has spent an entire year for Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal. He is a hard working actor who is sure to go places once the film gets released. His workouts in gym for the film were praiseworthy."

Amala Paul is playing the female lead opposite Atharva in this film and the director says the chemistry between the two is great. "They became good friends and hence had no problems in doing romantic scenes. Their on-screen chemistry will be one of the highlights of the movie," he says.

Another highlight of Muppozhudum Un Karpanaigal is G V Prakash Kumar’s music, Kumar says and adds: "The single track which was released recently has become a chartbuster. G V Prakash knows the pulse of youngsters and he has given beautiful songs for the film."
