Looking at actor John Abraham's chiseled physique any lay man could tag him as a 'Greek God' with looks that one could die for. 

However, the humble star with drop dead gorgeous looks credits his healthy lifestyle for having an admirable body. The actor who is a self acclaimed fitness freak vouches to be health conscious at the same time, as he believes that not just piling muscle but maintaining good inner health is important as well. 

John, who swears by hours of work outs recently stated that he considers his health as a main religion which he follows religiously. "I am pretty much an agnostic tending to become an atheist so my only religion is my body. I think there is nothing more important than health and workout. I want to live with a six pack and die with a six pack," said the 39-year-old John whose looks defy his age.

Though youngsters' today look up to him for inspiration to have a muscled look and lead a healthy life style, he was humble enough to pass on the credit to the pioneers who started the trend. "I credit Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan for creating that awareness amongst the youth to go to the gym. To have a good body you need a completely disciplined lifestyle," added John.
