Atul Kulkarni has always been a part of bold films that are made in the Bollywood film industry. Starring in movies like 'Page 3', 'Rang De Basanti', 'Dum' and many more, Atul yet again bags another interesting story in his kitty.

It is heard that the actor will be seen in Ram Gopal Varma's (RGV) much talked about film 'The Attacks of 26/11'. The movie talks about the tragic story of Mumbai where many of them lost their lives due to the terrorist attacks.

While it is known that Nana Patekar already plays a very important role in the film, that of a police commissioner, Atul will be playing a daring cop.

The actor recently posted on his microblogging sight that read, "Shooting for Ram Gopal Verma's 26-11... Reliving that tragic day...."

While Atul keeps mum on which real-life police officer his role is based on, we can only venture a guess that he will be portraying one of the three officers - Ashok Kamte, Hemant Karkare and Vijay Salaskar — who were killed in the attacks.
