After making a strong impact in Kollywood, it is now time for Balaji Sakthivel to repeat his magic in Bollywood. The director is gearing up to remake his last week Tamil release 'Vazhakku Enn 18/9' in Hindi.

Confirming this development, director Lingusamy, who has produced the movie, says, 'Yes, a lot of producers from Bollywood have evinced interest in producing Vazhakku Enn 18/9 in Hindi. Talks are currently on. Balaji Sakthivel will direct the Hindi version too.'

Starring newcomers Sri, Mithun Murali, Urmila Mahanta and Manisha Yadav in lead roles, 'Vazhakku Enn 18/9' spoke about two teenage pairs, one from a rich and the other from a poor background. How their lives meet at one point is the crux of the story.

Says Balaji Sakthivel, 'I dedicate the film's success to the media and people of Tamil Nadu. The press gave a big support to the movie and as a result, people are thronging the cinema halls. I thank my producer Lingusamy and other members of the team.'
