The Hollywood couple have been married since 2005 and have daughters Violet, five, and Seraphina, two, together. They get on brilliantly, but Ben had become concerned they werent spending enough time with each other recently. The pair have been focusing on work and the kids, so he decided to organise a romantic break for the whole family so they could reconnect.

He organised a Hawaiian vacation, which he billed to friends as a second honeymoon, a source explained. When Ben and Jen werent doting on their girls, they were strolling on the beach, holding hands like newlyweds. Ben arranged a special romantic dinner to celebrate their renewed love.

He ordered a picnic basket of treats cheese and crackers, shrimp cocktails on ice and strawberries and sparkling cider and took Jen to the beach to watch the sunset.

The family went to the island of Kauai after spending Christmas at home, and had great fun welcoming in New Year while on the break.

Spending time with each other has made them realise how happy they are together, and they have vowed not to take one another for granted ever again.
