(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Bethenny Frankel and her husband Jason Hoppy are reportedly heading for divorce.

The couple tied the knot in 2010 and have two-year-old daughter Bryn together.

Star magazine claims that the couple have both met with divorce lawyers and the announcement of their split is "imminent."

Meanwhile, RadarOnline reports that the Skinnygirl entrepreneur got an ironclad prenuptial agreement before they wed and it was then modified after their child was born.

"Bethenny wasn't going to get married without a prenup, to protect both herself and Jason," a source told the site.

"Bethenny has watched plenty of her friends over the years get divorced and has always vowed to never end up dependent on a man for financial stability or security.

"The prenup clearly outlines that ALL of Bethenny's business deals, endorsements, Skinnygirl, are hers, period."

Bethenny sold her low calorie cocktail drinks to Jim Beam for a reported $120 million and landed on the cover of Forbes magazine.

When asked by a fan on Twitter today if she was getting a divorce, Bethenny responded by saying that she was going to "talk about EVERTHING" on her new chat show which debuts on June 11. (C) Cover Media
